Wayne Davis Concrete staffs a 1700+ square foot concrete process laboratory. In our laboratory we strive for process control of the production of a high quality product that meets our customers’ specifications and expectations. This process may include mix design verification, including small batch production, set time testing, process testing throughout all curing stages of the concrete (i.e. relative humidity), and compressive strength testing at desired days, and modulus of rupture at desired days. As well as aggregate testing and gradations, cement evaluations and testing, and monitoring external test reports of our mixes using state of the art enterprise software.
